This Privacy Policy explains how Captiox, LLC ("Captiox," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit captiox.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, request product information, sign up for updates, or fill out a form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, job title, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information we do not collect. The Site is not designed to collect protected health information or patient data. Please do not submit medical records or patient-identifying information through the Site.

The Site is built and hosted on Webflow and may use third-party services such as Google Analytics, form and contact tools, and email delivery tools. These services collect information according to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. Links to third-party websites on the Site are not covered by this Policy.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences, and understand site traffic. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, respond to your requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Users outside the United States. The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults, including healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.

11. Relationship to our Terms of Use

This Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Use. If there is a conflict, this Policy governs matters relating to personal information.
